摘要: Juvenile sea bream were fed on diets containing 0.0, 2.0 or 4.0 g kg−1 of a soybean trypsin inhibitor (SBTI) for 30 days. The growth performance, total protease activity and intestinal histology studied after 0, 15 days dietary treatment. No significant differences found in the weight gain, specific rate (SGR) feed conversion fish inhibitor-supplemented when compared with those an inhibitor-free diet. Only SGR at day decreased significantly inclusion, although this effect was not observed 30. In relation to proteolytic 15, distal intestine diets. Zymograms these extracts showed that SBTI reduced intensity some fractions intestine. A noticeable reduction content highest level (4.0 g kg−1) also observed. However, 30, inhibition active bands detected, similar Histological examination revealed no perceptible structure between any diet groups. addition, all maintained under experimentation 10 more determine whether possible effects caused by could be reverted. administration SBTI-supplemented did affect performance days, only decrease alkaline 15.
