摘要: Roads have a link function based on movement, and place being destination in their own right. The transport industry has effective reliable measures of function, but an unclear definition no or consistent means assessment. This research involved the identification potential indicators to measure performance state highways urban arterial roads. A assessment framework was developed which includes quantitative transportation-specific place. Three case study streets were assessed using this framework.
