摘要: Abstract Introduction Evidence on successful quality improvement (QI) in health care requires quantitative information from randomized clinical trials (RCTs) the effectiveness of QI interventions, but also qualitative professionals to understand factors influencing implementation. Objective Using a structured approach, concept mapping, this study determines identified by cardiac rehabilitation (CR) teams what is needed successfully implement web-based audit and feedback (A&F) intervention with outreach visits improve CR care. Methods Participants included 49 18 Dutch centres who had worked A&F system during RCT. In three focus group sessions participants formulated statements successfully. Subsequently, rated all for importance feasibility grouped them thematically. Multi dimensional scaling was used produce final map. Results Forty-two unique were into five thematic clusters The cluster highest team commitment, followed organisational readiness, presence an adequate system, access external assessor, future use functionalities system. Conclusion Concept mapping appeared efficient useful contextual implementation as perceived healthcare teams. While assessor seen instrumental gaining insight performance formulating actions, commitment readiness essential actually carry out these actions. These two sociotechnical should be taken account when implementing evaluating success implementations research.
