摘要: We discuss the application of both multiparticle simulation techniques and analytical models known as particle-core to problem understanding beam halo in high-power proton linacs. emphasize importance including space-charge forces an essential tool for description dynamics a modern high-intensity linac. In addition, we have found that understand physics halo, it has been necessary supplement simulations with model model.
