摘要: Abstract Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the effect running retraining on recovery knee's functional and muscular properties after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Methods Eighty-five athletes who had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery were selected randomly receive, or not controlled training based interval speed exercises. measured by evolution isokinetic strength deficit progress (at angular speeds 60 180°/s), knee laxity parameters score Lysholm Knee Scale from 4th 6th month surgery. Forty subjects retrained compared with 40 control-group subjects. program studied in terms type time. Results After retraining, no difference found for progress, Score. influenced mainly Conclusion It would seem that has an insufficient reconstruction, despite fact is well-tolerated.
