摘要: In vitro fertilization in cattle was first reported by Bracket et al. (1982) using surgically recovered oocytes that were matured vivo and transferred as zygotes to the oviducts of cows. The procedure later simplified laparoscopic removal vivo-matured development embryos rabbits (Sirard Lambert, 1985; Sirard al., 1985). Although successful, these experiments not highly efficient sperm capacitation required oocyte maturation, surgery, oviducts. Recently systems for producing culturing bovine totally have been developed. As a result, are now produced large numbers research purposes or some cases commercial embryo transfer (Leibfried-Rutledge 1989; Gordon Lu, 1990). production has an understanding mechanisms capacitation, maturation oocytes, sperm-egg interaction process. Understanding processes gametes is focus this review.
