摘要: We have reviewed the clinical and microbiological features of 113 cases idiopathic onycholysis primarily affecting great toenails. It is suggested that majority these were traumatic in origin. Although dermatophytes potentially pathogenic bacteria frequently found lesions, they thought to be commensal most cases. This considerable significance with regard selection appropriate therapy.
