摘要: The design and experimental characterisation of a short-stroke, bidirectional linear actuator capable operating in ambient temperatures up to 800/spl deg/C is presented. merits various candidate topologies soft magnetic materials are discussed. analysis with nominal force rating 300 N stroke /spl plusmn/0.5 mm described, embracing electromagnetic, thermal mechanical aspects. Extensive measurements on prototype presented compared finite-element predicted performance over the full temperature range actuator.
