摘要: This paper introduces and defines the concept of utility independence, derives general expressions for simplifying assessment multiattribute functions, given that certain independence assumptions hold. These results are more than commonly used additive function, which is shown to be a special case. Finally, discusses relevance this work as an approximation technique when requisite not satisfied.
