摘要: The increasing fresh water deficiency due to environmental pollution demands accurate, reliable and highly sensitive sensors for online monitoring of pollution. Solid state are helpful fabricating implementing low cost wireless In determination, the measurement pH plays an important role. Among semiconductor materials RuO2 shows good sensitivity hydrogen ions, high accuracy resistance interferences caused by other dissolved ions. this work, thick film based electrodes fabricated screen printing. were characterized electromotive force measurements, SEM, optical microscopy EDS analysis. effects sheet resistivity material storage conditions discussed. sensor exhibits a 60 mV/pH in wide range 2 10. obtained response was very close theoretical Nernstian behavior. best performance attained from 10 kΩ/sq. paste stored at 25 days.
