摘要: In the present study we have examined effects of estradiol on mRNA levels for estrogen (ER) and progesterone receptors (PR) in estrogen-dependent mammary carcinoma MCF-7 cell line. The changes ER immunoactivity specific binding [3H]R5020 were also assessed. Estradiol (10-7 M) caused a transient time-dependent reduction level ER, with maximal effect (30-40% control; n = 3) after 72 h. This was associated similar decrease immunoactivity. Further treatment (96 120 h) revealed return to control values, whereas remained depressed. PR gave almost inverse curve.
