Using audio podcasts to provide student feedback: exploring the issues

摘要: This paper explores the use of audio podcasting as an alternative to written word in providing feedback student assignments. According a seminal work on assessment by Rowntree (1977), good can be considered “life-blood” learning. Within higher education (HE), has most often been given within format and its effectiveness debated over many years (Price et al, 2010). will explore innovative method students, that digital playback using mp3 file format. Various issues could potentially affect utilisation this approach, such staff attitude, technical issues/barriers briefly, theoretical imperatives are explored. Best practice according published evidence is outlined recommendations for further research suggested.
