摘要: Sequences of visual and haptic exploration were obtained on surfaces different curvature from human subjects. We then extracted regions interest (ROI) the data as a function number times subject fixated certain location object amount time spent such each location. Simple models like plane, cone, cylinder, paraboloid, hyperboloid, ellipsoid, simple-saddle monkey-saddle generated. Gaussian representation point all was pre-computed. The have been previously tested for realism distinctness by subjects in separate experiment. Both rendering subsequently used to study whether there is similarity between ROI ROIs. Additionally, we wanted see if correlation values ROIs thus obtained. A multiple regression model further developed this can be predict path using saliency measures.
