摘要: Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) is a neoplasm caused by human leukemia virus type I (HTLV-I). ATLL classified into four clinical subtypes based on the manifestation: acute, lymphoma, chronic and smoldering. Approximately half of cases progressed to acute type. We previously demonstrated that genomic alterations related cell cycle de-regulation such as CDKN2A immune escape CD58 alteration can serve predictive biomarkers for transformation Although TP53, which known be major regulator cycle, has been identified in several types cancers including ATLL, no copy number TP53 was found array comparative hybridization. In present study, mutation further analyzed sequencing these well HTLV-I carriers with oligo-clonality. However, identified. These results suggested plays role later stage development.
