摘要: Abstract The hydroxycinnamates of the leaves 12 plants Astreraceae family, Achillea millefolium, Arnica montana, Artemesia dracunculus, Cichorium intybus, Cnicus benedictus, Cynara scolymus, Echinops humilis, Inula helenium, Lactuca sativa, Petasites hybridus, Solidago virgaurea, and Tanacetum parthenium were investigated qualitatively by LC–MSn. Thirty-nine chlorogenic acids detected all characterized to regioisomeric level on basis their fragmentation pattern in tandem MS spectra, most them for first time from these sources with two previously not reported nature. Both based trans cis-cinnamic acid substituents identified. Assignment individual regioisomers was possible seven caffeoylquinic (1–7), 11 dicaffeoylquinic (17–27), six feruloylquinic (9–14), p-coumaroylquinic (15–16), caffeoyl–feruloylquinic (28 29), four caffeoyl-p-coumaroylquinic (30–33), three dicaffeoyl–succinoylquinic (34–36), dicaffeoyl–methoxyoxaloylquinic (37 38), one tricaffeoylquinic (39). Furthermore, caffeoylshikimic (40), caffeoyltartaric (41), dicaffeoyltartaric (42–44), caffeoyl–feruloyltartaric (45–47) shown possess characteristic spectra tentatively assigned retention developed hierarchical keys.
