摘要: This study used the CALPUFF modeling system to impact of an area’s geophysical and meteorological conditions on dispersion non-methane organic compounds (NMOCs) into atmosphere from 17-year-old Barka Landfill. Landfill is located in Barka, Batinah, north Sultanate Oman. It receives waste nearby regions such as Nakhal, Seeb, Wadi Al-Maawel, affecting town with landfill gas (LFG) pollution. The present was conducted evaluate air one group NMOC gases region around it. top five values concentrations different average time periods, namely 1, 3 23 h, were compared allowable emission rate defined by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). results demonstrated that integrated (consisting a 3D diagnostic CALMET model Lagrangian puff model) could be utilized useful tool for evaluating peak emissions periods.
