摘要: This paper presents data from the first major survey of diversity, biology and fisheries elasmobranchs in Persian (Arabian) Gulf. Substantial landings elasmobranchs, usually as gillnet by-catch, were recorded Kuwait, Qatar Emirate Abu Dhabi (part United Arab Emirates), although larger targeted line landed Dhabi. The elasmobranch fauna was distinctive included species that are undescribed, rare have a highly restricted known distribution.
