摘要: The following three advantages make thorium-229 more desirable as an isotopic tracer in biological samples: (1) the increase accuracy associated with simultaneous ..cap alpha.. spectrometric measurement of /sup 229/Th and nuclides being determined 232/ 230/ 228/Th; (2) long half-life compared that 234/Th requires neither repeated preparation time-consuming processes purification standarization, nor decay corrections; (3) is emitter are isotopes to be determined, spectrum provides a yield. Description isotopes, recording energy spectra, discussion technique for analysis Th human tissue samples included. (BLM)
