摘要: The present work describes the development of a fast and robust sequential injection fluorimetric procedure for determination Sn in juices canned fruits. developed automatic methodology is based on complexation with 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (HQSA) to form product (λ exc = 354 nm; λ em 510nm). influence dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) sensitivity was evaluated. Linear calibration plots were obtained concentrations between 1 10 mg L -1 , detection limit 0.38 mgL . In each analytical cycle 0.006 HQSA 0.47 CPB consumed 1.5 mL effluent generated. applied fruits results complied those furnished by an electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry comparison procedure, relative deviations lower than 5.2%. exhibited good precision (R.S.D. < 1.4%) sampling rate about 70 determinations per hour.
