摘要: Objectives : Synthesis and optimization of Poly D-L Lactide (PLA) nanoparticles for the delivery an antioxidant molecule quercetin. Methods The quercetin was encapsulated by PLA nanoprecipitation method. average particle size electric charge different formulations were measured zeta potential analyzer. loaded (Q-PLAN) characterized differential scanning calorimetry & Fourier transform-Infra red spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy Atomic force microscopy. drug content, encapsulation efficiency release studies carried out Q-PLAN. activity formulated Q-PLAN tested using DPPH assay. Results formulation F3 (Quercetin 75 mg: 200 mg) found to be optimized based on analysis, Zeta potential, studies. mean diameter 242±20 nm, 185±10 nm and-22.5±1.5 mV,-20.5±1.0 mV. showed 73.3% 5.5±0.06 mg/ml actual loading. 99.7% release. better scavenging effects when compared free Conclusions poor aqueous solubility stability have been improved entrapping molecules into nanoparticles.
