摘要: We report the temperature dependence of metal-enhanced fluorescence (MEF) individual photosystem I (PSI) complexes from Thermosynechococcus elongatus (T. elongatus) coupled to gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). A strong shape and intensity emission spectra is observed when PSI AuNPs. For each temperature, enhancement factor (EF) calculated by comparing AuNP-coupled mean ‘uncoupled’ PSI. At cryogenic (1.6 K) average EF was 4.3-fold. Upon increasing 250 K increases 84-fold. Single show even higher EFs up 441.0-fold. temperatures different spectral pools T. become distinguishable. These are affected differently plasmonic interactions enhancements. The remarkable increase explained a rate model including yield overlap between absorption AuNPs PSI, respectively.
