摘要: To determine the interactions between endurance training and hypoxia on maximal exercise performance, we performed a study sedentary high-altitude natives who were trained in normoxia at same relative (n = 10) or absolute intensity of work as hypoxia-trained subjects 10). The training-induced improvement oxygen uptake (VO2max) was similar to that obtained normoxia-trained sea-level submitted protocol (H. Hoppeler, H. Howald, K. Conley, S. L. Lindstedt, Claassen, P. Vock, E. W. Weibel. J. Appl. Physiol. 59: 320-327, 1985). Training presence increased delivery failed provide further increase VO2max. VO2max not improved greater extent by simultaneously increasing O2 during sessions. In addition, is accompanied an blood lactate accumulation exercise, leading drops arterial pH, bicarbonate concentration, base excess. We conclude that, natives, 1) altitude does any advantage over sea level for aerobic capacity, whether assessed chronic acute normoxia; 2) with cannot be enhanced availability alone combination exercising sessions; 3) these results reduced buffer capacity.
