摘要: This chapter addresses the operational planning of a forest bearing in mind that management involves multiplicity goods and services. The proposed model not only includes economic sustainable development objectives but also takes into account key role trees play counteracting greenhouse effect. In addition, we add adjacency constraints to limit maximum contiguous area where clear-cutting can be carried out. solution provides set efficient plans are assistance analyzing tradeoffs between ecological objectives. is first applied plantation owned by Cuban company, then randomly generated simulated forests compare its performance other contexts. As problem multiobjective integer nonlinear model, metaheuristic procedures used solve it since exact methods would very expensive.
