摘要: CdSe/ZnS quantum dots and gold nanoparticles have been grown in-situ onto the surface of carbon nanotubes. The nanohybrids were then, dielectrophoretically aligned between microelectrodes electrical response was investigated. conductance nanotube-quantum dot hybrid found to be sensitive incident white light. resistance nanohybrid decreased from 1.9 × 10 4 Ω (in dark) 0.91 × 10 after impact nanotube-gold nanoparticle calculated 1.86 × 10 3 Ω, which is much smaller than that carboxylated nanotubes (4.03 × 10 5 Ω). Such a modulation in properties may enhance use future nanoscale devices.
