Emission shift by co-doping and color reproducibility improvement by mixing phosphors

摘要: Abstract To achieve rich color reproducibility by blue diode excitation, we analyzed peak shift co-doping. It is confirmed that a originating from 4f-5d transition shifted approximately 30 nm. We performed simulation to determine the rendering index achievable additionally mixing red phosphor and obtained value of 80. The due NaYF4 crystal emitted weak emissions even for light excitation.
