摘要: A 2-year-old boy from South Dakota died an intracranial infection due to a parasitic cyst. The cyst was identified as the larval cyst, or coenurus, of dog tapeworm Taenia multiceps. To our knowledge this is only second case cerebral coenurosis reported in United States. Evidence suggests that rabbits were intermediate host case.
