摘要: The transcription factors GATA-1, GATA-2, and GATA-3 were found to be expressed in several mouse rat mast cell lines that contain carboxypeptidase A (MC-CPA) other proteases their cytoplasmic granules. GATA-1 mRNA was not detected P815 cells, an immature mastocytoma-derived line lacks electron-dense granules has low levels of secretory granule proteases. Because the 5'-flanking regions human MC-CPA genes contained a conserved GATA-binding motif 51 base pairs upstream translation initiation sites, ability proteins regulate promoter activity gene examined basophilic leukemia transfected cells GATA-1. In all three lines, depended on GATA binding site. are thus first DNA-binding identified which encodes protease.
