摘要: The alterations in sex hormone function and homeostasis evoked by alcohol ingestion males has been observed for many years. Chronic exposure results a broad spectrum of perturbations both testosterone estrogen utilization metabolism, alcoholic men may undergo aspects feminization, hypogonadism, or both. Some these hormonal have produced male rat models long-term exposure. However, the regulation action metabolism is complex, number factors interact to effect changes. This chapter reviews some changes that setting chronic exposure, examines metabolism. Specifically addressed are ethanol-induced synthesis, hepatic androgens, expression hormone-responsive markers, finally, influence growth (GH) on liver steroid It should be noted most evidence regarding regulatory mechanisms derived from studies, although studies humans also considered.
