The physical and practical problems experienced by cancer survivors: a rapid review and synthesis of the literature

摘要: Purpose: A rapid and comprehensive review to identify what is known not about the physical practical problems faced by adult cancer survivors. Methods: systematic literature process was used. This focused on published reviews enable a fast but rigorous identification of both gaps well-researched areas within survivorship. Results: The search identified 5121 reviews, which 42 were screened 9 met quality inclusion criteria. majority papers well being (n = 6) with remaining focusing (employment finance). varied (ranging from weak good). Gaps include sexual function, lower-limb lymphoedema, peripheral neuropathy, bladder GI problems, hormonal sequelae, older survivors, work impact context-specific unmet supportive care needs. found lack standardised nomenclature for survivorship methodological limitations. Conclusions: Four main in knowledge relating associated have been identified. These are key symptoms, needs, employment should be addressed future research reviews.
