摘要: Background: Many studies have reported that the earlier age at first drink (AFDrink) higher later drinking levels and related problems. However, unless adolescents proceed into drunkenness, it is unclear why consuming small quantities early should lead to This study investigates link between AFDrink problem behaviors (smoking, cannabis use, injuries, fights, low academic performance) among 15-year-olds who did not drunkenness. Among those with drunkenness experience, we tested whether predicted over above (AFDrunk). Methods: Multilevel structural equation models were estimated based on a sample of 44,801 alcohol-experienced from 38 North American European countries regions participated in Health Behaviour School-aged Children cross-national survey. Results: Overall, there was significant association all 5 behaviors. this case only experiences but never drunk. former, AFDrunk strong predictor for behaviors, time drunk predict Conclusions: Not alcohol initiation risk factor various adolescent 15, is, consistent relationship before (i.e., since drinking). Besides targeting drinking, particular efforts are needed impede prevent associated harm adolescence beyond.
