摘要: Pseudoaneurysms represent a pulsating encapsulated hematoma in communication with the lumen of ruptured vessel. We present 33-year-old male pseudoaneurysm profunda femoris artery. At presentation and on further evaluation, he was diagnosed possible soft tissue sarcoma distal thigh. Catastrophic haemorrhage occurred at time planned, elective open biopsy. This case report emphasises importance considering as crucial differential diagnosis atypical swellings scrutinising all suspected tumours contrast study or Doppler ultrasound.
