摘要: Although papulopustular lesions are common in patients with Behcet's disease (BD), clinically they may not be differentiated from other diseases presentation such as acne vulgaris or folliculitis. Therefore, there is disagreement to whether should used a diagnostic criterion BD. The aim of this study was determine the histopathologic evaluation assist diagnosis Eighteen BD and 16 control consisting eleven bacterial folliculitis five were included study. After detailed by two pathologists who blinded clinical diagnoses, findings classified into three patterns follows; pattern I: vasculitis (lymphocytic leucocytoclastic); II: and/or perifolliculitis; III: superficial deep perivascular, interstitial dermatitis. In addition, direct immunofluorescence studies performed order evaluate deposition IgM, IgG, IgA, C3, fibrinogen dermal blood vessels. 27.8% (5 patients) revealed lymphocytic vasculitis, while none group did; difference found statistically significant (P=0.046). rate II which perifolliculitis 50.0% 16.7% BD; (P=0.038). No between groups regard III (P>0.05). Our results indicate that only vasculitic changes can useful when histopathological features employed suspected
