Evidence of an Open Government Data Portal Impact on the Public Sphere

摘要: Data portals are being created as part of open government strategies to increase transparency. But although the potential internet transparency data disclosure has been widely considered in literature, there is no reported evidence any released actually used by their ultimate recipients citizens for public accountability purposes. This descriptive research effort aims find impact portals, asserting whether indeed and what One contract portal was selected Google Search references on internet.
