摘要: Data portals are being created as part of open government strategies to increase transparency. But although the potential internet transparency data disclosure has been widely considered in literature, there is no reported evidence any released actually used by their ultimate recipients citizens for public accountability purposes. This descriptive research effort aims find impact portals, asserting whether indeed and what One contract portal was selected Google Search references on internet. A qualitative content analysis approach adopted, whereby were examined with respect its main purpose usage. Evidence found used, among others, identify possible situations corruption, nepotism misusage resources, support argumentation policy debates and, general, hold officials accountable sphere through 'blame shame' sanctions.
