摘要: Among the major metabolites of aflatoxin B1 produced by human and monkey livers in vitro is a derivative with ketone carbonyl on cyclopentane ring reduced to secondary alcohol, hydroxyl introduced onto carbon beta alcohol group. The metabolite was formed from at level similar that M1.Both microsomal hydroxylase cytoplasmic reductase systems are required for its formation. Bioassay using chicken embryos mutant Salmonella typhimurium revealed no toxicity. This newly identified named aflatoxicol H1.
