摘要: Effects of a bottleneck in linear trafficway is investigated using simple cellular automaton model. Introducing blockage site which transmit cars at some transmission probability into the rule-184 automaton, we observe three different phases with increasing car concentration: Besides free phase and jam phase, exist already pure model, mixed these two appears intermediate concentration well-defined boundaries. This where pile up behind to form region, characterized by constant flow. In thermodynamic limit, obtain exact expressions for several characteristic quantities terms density rate. These depend strongly on system size boundaries; We analyse finite effects based finite-size scaling.
