摘要: A method and apparatus are disclosed for transforming information from one semantic environment to another. In implementation, a SOLx system (1700) includes Normalization/Translation NorTran Workbench (1702) server (1708). The is used develop knowledge base based on source (1712), normalize legacy content (1710) according various rules, database (1706) of translated content. During run time, the (1708) receives transmissions normalizes transmitted content, accesses otherwise translates normalized reconstructs transmission provide substantially real-time transformation electronic messages.
