摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for moving plurality of telecommunications customers from an ILEC to CLEC, the CLEC having telecommunication lines, comprising: screening customers; performing loop tests on lines; assigning physical and logical network inventory; provisioning one or more features customer; pre-wiring lines switch at central office; generating UNE-L order ILEC; receiving confirmation LNP request by activating activate NPAC.
