摘要: Chimaeric DNA sequence which encodes: 1) a transit peptide of cytoplasmic precursor chloroplast protein or polypeptide plant and 2) that is heterologous to the peptide. The chimaeric can be used as vector for transforming cell so produced in cytoplasm then transports vivo into cell.
