摘要: Background. Intimate partner violence is a global health issue and associated with range of problems for women. Nurses, as the largest workforce globally, are well positioned to provide care abused Objectives. This nursing-led interdisciplinary project was conducted understand current state knowledge about intimate in Ethiopia make recommendations country-specific activities improve response through practice changes, education, research. Methods. The involved two phases: review relevant literature an stakeholder forum meeting nurse educators. Findings. identified pervasiveness complexity its sociocultural determinants Ethiopian context. Two significant themes emerged from meeting: value bringing multiple disciplines together address complex need professionals better their roles responsibilities actively addressing violence. Conclusions. Further research on topic needed, including studies prevention resilience “best practices” education intervention.
