摘要: Resume Les imageries medicales radiologiques et nucleaires sont devenues indispensables a la prise en charge des patients oncologie thoracique. Leur developpement depuis 25 ans se fait selon un mode exponentiel. evolutions technologiques cours concernent essentiellement deux domaines. La radioprotection qui consiste delivrer toujours moins de doses pour meme efficacite diagnostique est un. L’autre represente par une interpenetration concepts bases entre les specialites, radiologie accedant plus informations fonctionnelles, notamment l’intermediaire resonance magnetique l’imagerie nucleaire etant desormais systematiquement couplee dispositif rayons X fournissant double information morpho-metabolique. Le d’appareils hybrides TEP-IRM paracheve cette intrication specialites techniques entre-elles. Independamment anatomiques, medecine nucleaire, TEP, s’enrichit jour nouveaux traceurs augmentant palette disponible ameliorant performances biologique.
