摘要: Techniques for streaming big data in a process plant are disclosed. Generally, these techniques facilitate storage or communication of control data, including alarms, parameters, events, and the like, near real-time. Receivers such as historians devices requesting specific configured via an initial set metadata, thereafter receive updated metadata upon it from transmitting device, when receiving device encounters identifier which was not defined previously received.
