摘要: The invention relates to a method for the chromatographic separation of components (19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29) in multi-component fluid mixture (2a) by means simulated moving method, whereby and at least one solvent (3a) are introduced into number chambers (10a - 10c; 11a 11c; 12a 12c; 13a 13c), containing solid or chamber sections first second inlet (9b, 9d; 9f, 9h). An extract flow (6a), which contains component separated from raffinate (7a), (20, 28) drawn off 13c) outlet (9a, 9c; 9e, 9g). connected series form closed loop (8a, 8b; 18), concentration and/or composition altered timing unit.
