摘要: A sealing method is applicable to a cell matrix equipped with plurality of cells spatially divided by partition for dispersion liquid containing hydrophobic medium and electrophoretic particles dispersed therein in the cells. The includes: supplying through an opening section space defined partition; forming layer at exposed portion section, using polymer reaction interface water.
