摘要: Coexistence of Wi-Fi and LTE-Unlicensed (LTE-U) technologies has drawn significant concern in industry. In this paper, we investigate the performance presence duty cycle based LTE-U transmission on same channel. More specifically, one cell basic service set (BSS) coexist by allowing devices transmit their signals only predetermined cycles. stations, other hand, simply contend shared channel using distributed coordination function (DCF) protocol without cooperation with system or prior knowledge about period transmission. We define fairness above scheme as difference between loss ratio (considering a defined reference performance) (or cycle). Depending interference to noise (INR) being below -62dbm, classify strong weak establish mathematical models accordingly. The average throughput time are both formulated functions parameters probability theory. Lastly, use Monte Carlo analysis demonstrate air sharing.
