摘要: Technological advances in the isolation and characterization of novel receptors have led to a significant increase our understanding protein-ligand binding means by which responses are triggered. Hormones their composed structurally conserved domains, several ligands appear use similar surface regions for receptor binding. A key event signal transduction is aggregation ligand one or more subunits, this can include sharing subunits between different ligands. These findings allowed design with receptor-antagonist properties.
