摘要: The natural convective heat transfer in a rectangular enclosure with heating source has been studied by experiment and numerical analysis. governing equations were solved finite volume method, SIMPLE algorithm was adopted to solve pressure term. parameters for the study are positions surface temperatures of i.e., Y/H=0.25, 0.5, 0.75 11°C≦ΔT≦59°C. results isotherms velocity vectors have represented, showed good agreement experimental values. Based on results, mean Nusselt number wall could be expressed as function Grashof number.
