摘要: In order to obtain heat‐flow values for six wells in Pennsylvania and West Virginia a simple technique was developed estimating thermal resistivities from well‐sample logs. This made use of average resistivity various categories sedimentary rocks. The averages were calculated available measurements on rock specimens, many which did not come the region located. results indicate that, allowing error estimates, heat flow at lies between 1.1 1.5microcal/cm2sec. problem developing more accurate is discussed. Such would be valuable extending our knowledge earth’s flow.
