摘要: Arrayed waveguide gratings have found wide application in WDM links and networks. However, their major photonic integrated circuits still has to come. Key issues for a broad of AWG's are small device dimensions combination with good performance potential integration semiconductor optical amplifiers high speed modulators. The road such arrayed is discussed.
