摘要: We demonstrate self-assembled double-crossover (DX) DNA crystal growth and coverage on quartz by the substrate assisted method. Here we introduced novel concept of a reusability process to fabricate DX crystals given with 10 nM concentration, which is equal saturation concentration this enough fully cover crystals. Also biotinylated oligonucleotides (DXB) were constructed based structure immobile crossover branched junctions. Upon streptavidin conjugation DNA, Raman band intensities increased as compared pristine indicate strong bonding between DXB streptavidin. The showed relatively higher current than conjugated because electrically insulating characteristic Furthermore, optical gap highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) lowest unoccupied (LUMO) well second onset determined discussed. HOMO–LUMO gaps crystals, biotins, biotins an inverted V-shape onsets – consistent electrical characteristics revealed increasing behavior protein conjugation.
