摘要: Abstract Recent emphasis on just-in-time production and reduction of in-process inventory highlights the need for more effective approaches to manage material flow at accumulation (kitting) stages in assembly operations. This paper presents a conceptual model component small-lot systems mathematica; models that describe kit earliness, tardiness time inventory. Understanding process is promoted by sensitivity analysis which describes relationships between important parameters such as number components required accumulation. Fundamental are used an approach managing selecting safety lead times give minimum cost trade-off early late delivery components.
